Delete your Twin Orbit account

If you signed in with Google, you can request deletion of your cloud account and associated game data.

How to request deletion

In the app (fastest): Open Twin Orbit → tap Account (top-left on sign-in or home screen) → Delete account permanently → confirm. This removes your Firebase account and cloud scores immediately.

By email:

Email us at epicloopsstudio@gmail.com from the same Google account you used in the app (or tell us the display name shown on the leaderboard).
Use subject line: Twin Orbit account deletion.
We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days (usually within 7 days).

Guest players: If you never signed in with Google, no cloud account exists. Uninstalling the app removes local scores from your device.

What we delete

Your Firebase Authentication account (Google sign-in link)
Your saved race scores and display name in Cloud Firestore (twinorbit_races records tied to your account)
Legacy score documents linked to your user ID, if any

What we do not keep after deletion

After deletion is complete, we do not retain your personal account data or cloud scores for Twin Orbit.

Data kept on your device

Local guest scores (if any) stay on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data. They are not sent to our servers unless you sign in with Google.
